      Avantages

      come in at 8am sharp, leave at 6pm earliest. Work from home on weekends. Colleagues mind their own business which could be attractive for introverts.

      Inconvénients

      Zero work life balance (be ready to still work and attend meeting on ur off days), zero employee benefit, they dont even have team lunch, staff allowance etc, what more bonuses. People who worked here for years get no appreciation, instead u get more workload. U get treated differently if you’re not the majority of the race in terms of pay and leave. If you’re a junior or non professional, your opinion doesn’t matter. Stuck in the same department for years with more workload. If you take leave or Medical leave, they’ll start interrogating and checking your social media.

      Sweet talker when in need of doing something for the company

      Inconvénients

      1.Promised bonus - Paid via Installments [Example; $100 X 10months] or nothing. 2.Promised career growth - All talk & ask to learn on YOUTUBE/GOOGLE. 3.Micromanagement once a mistake happens. 4.Medical Claim of $150 per year. 5.Angbao (Chinese New Year) money is always $10 each year. 6.Let employees go immediately instead of discussing how to improve individually (Blinded by the years of services or effort that has given before).
