      Penso che l'azienda sia innovativa e quindi porta le persone ad organizzarsi in modo da rendere la propria attività efficiente e profittevole

      Inconvénients

      Non noto particolari svantaggi dato che conosco molto bene il settore e so che mediamente al di fuori delle aziende la gestione risulta molto spesso fin troppo "artigianale"

      Avantages

      Collaborative team and lots of autonomy. The company is growing quickly and has a strong product vision. There's a clear drive to ship fast and iterate quickly, which makes work dynamic and engaging. Remote setup is smooth and well-structured

      Inconvénients

      The speed of delivery sometimes outweighs the focus on technical sustainability. This can lead to challenges with maintainability and developer workflow. A more balanced approach between business priorities and engineering quality would be beneficial in the long term
