      -small and flexible -good company concept if you like to help youth -great co-workers

      Inconvénients

      -CEO is unapproachable and does not listen -CEO is a micromanager -strategy and direction are not clearly defined -little room for upward mobility -high turnover -low salaries, no raises

      Avantages

      Plenty of opportunities to connect with students and their families and form meaningful bonds.

      Inconvénients

      Terrible management virtually all across the board, but the buck stops with the CEO, a less competent “leader” would be hard to find.
