Avantages
Zidio Development provides a very supportive and collaborative work environment. The team is approachable and always open to helping one another. As a part-time employee, I still felt included in team discussions and projects. The company offers hands-on experience with real-world projects, which helped improve both my technical and communication skills. They also give enough flexibility to manage work alongside studies or other commitments.
Inconvénients
Since it's a growing company, some internal processes and documentation can be improved to better onboard new members. Occasionally, timelines can get tight due to changing client requirements, but it’s manageable with good communication.
