      - Completely remote and supportive of a wide range of time zones - People trusted to deliver autonomously and measured on outcomes - Management supportive of personal challenges - Opportunity to learn about all aspects of blockchain organisations

      Inconvénients

      - Historically priorities would shift very quickly resulting in a lack of focus and failure to see projects through. This has vastly improved under new leadership.

      true remote work for those who like it not a grind culture

      Inconvénients

      Shell of a culture plagued by childish toxicity and insecurity at every level. No accountability, aimless, and incompetent. Unanimous lack of conviction/confidence in the product (zilliqa blockchain, ecosystem projects, etc.) and team members. Feels like everyone inside is in on a grift and just desperately dancing till the music stops.
