      Vous obtenez une expérience B2B, à part ça, je ne peux pas en dire beaucoup

      J’ai ressenti beaucoup de sexisme sur mon lieu de travail. J’ai considéré cet environnement comme extrêmement toxique. Lorsque j’ai personnellement fait part de mes inquiétudes à la direction, elle les a ignorées en disant que c’était une sorte de réponse du type « les garçons seront des garçons ». Il existe une culture de harcèlement et la direction ferme les yeux si les ventes arrivent. Les tactiques qu’elle utilise pour « faire une vente » sont au mieux éthiquement discutables. De nombreuses personnes semblent mentir ou manipuler leurs journaux d’appels et tout le monde semble fermer les yeux plutôt que de chercher la cause profonde du problème. Je n’ai jamais travaillé dans une entreprise où j’ai senti ma confiance autant violée par des collègues essayant de voler des affaires que je l’ai fait chez Zoominfo et cela est perpétué par la direction qui, selon moi, a toujours encouragé ce comportement et n’a pas fait grand-chose pour le rectifier lorsqu’il a été porté à leur attention à de nombreuses reprises.

      Inconvénients

      At times, communication between departments can be a challenge at the individual contributor level, which can make cross-functional collaboration feel a bit siloed. Additionally, there is still work to be done around diversity in leadership-- increasing representation of people of color and women in leadership roles would make an already great culture even stronger.
