Avantages

Location - central London, right next to the new entrance/exits. Easy life - very little accountability for decent comp (overtime even more so) Smart technical team who are world beaters (if only they were given the head space to really shine and lead us)

Inconvénients

Not delivering cutting edge Latch onto trends 3-4 years too late Wrong hires in pivitol positions Lack of investment in the future The focus on EBITDA New management structure consists of robots - think cybermen, no human approach. Under resourced technical teams constantly fighting fires and always under pressure to 'squeeze one more project' into any working week (or weekend) no matter how packed.

Thanks for the review. We have recently put senior technical people in charge of product direction as part of building three consulting and support practices. This has the advantage of placing the decisions with the people who understand them and they remain accountable for the performance of their teams and the technologies. This has addresses the issue of accountability you mentioned that in some places was weaker than needed. As you are a current employee it would be great to have this discussion in person so we can build together. Lets talk.
