      Avantages

      eBay is a great place to work. I feel that my management team trusts me and backs me up on the decisions I make. I have a well thought out career plan and my managers support me in accomplishing the goals I set. I am well compensated, excellent benefits, my department is very flexible with paid time off. The sabbatical program is excellent. Free bagels, free soda, coffee, tea, juice, hot chocolate and cider. eBay has great green initiatives and work life balance.

      Inconvénients

      If I forget to take my badge off outside of work, lots of people approach me with eBay questions.

      Avantages

      Good work, lots of AI experiments, AI innovation, latest tech stack, Co-workers are very co-operative and helpful. Most AI tools are still unlimited.

      Inconvénients

      Some teams are over-working due to smaller teams as a result of recent layoffs. Office perks (like catered food, snacks) are dwindling every quarter even though company wants every employee to be 3 days a week in office. Company wants 80 percent code to be generated by AI but no clear guideline how to achieve that.
