Adding to it shares the profit among employees so it is just like cherry on cake for employees as it will directly go in their pockets. There are enough leaves and very employee friendly policies. Free door to door pickup and drop is available. So eCW is full package which includes almost everything one can expect from private firm.
Inconvénients
After some point of time you fill like the work is monotonous and same everyday, which I think is not good for an individual. For getting promotion you need to sign bond which according to me is not healthy in professional world.
