      Best in the class policy for employee benefit cab facility

      Inconvénients

      No laptop for wfh employee No half day leave High work load for Eclinicalworks Ahmedabad ECI employees Low salary hike and bonus for ECI ahmedabd employees even after good performance idk why. favoritism couple of seniors behaves rudely. Ethics training- just words just pass the exam but do not follow the same. ER team is just sake for name they don't take action against such employee. They should conduct anonymous survey for this.

      Avantages

      Travel was great, got to use my own cc to book everything made a lot of points and status with companies. Mid year bonuses and end of year raise. Community within the company is great and helpful.

      Inconvénients

      Onboarding training is too short and not enough to be well versed in the software. Had to do a lot of research and work on my own time to learn the software and medical terminology.
