      Avantages

      fair amount of independence, some opportunity for learning new things, lots of job security which is important, especially right now.

      Inconvénients

      not much opportunity for advancement or getting ahead in the company, very conservative approach sometimes seems to hold it back.

      They'll tell you what you want to hear to get you in the front door and then treat you like crap once you get the job absolutely worst ever stay away from Randy Rooney and the SPG group it's a toxic environment with a micromanager who has no experience with people.
