Avantages
eTeacher has varying positions- From advanced Marketing positions, teachers, financial admin staff, normal HQ staff to call-centre representatives (sales, service, tech support) and more. This enables a lot of options to "find yourself" and to advance as you prove your capabilities. eTeacher also invests greatly in business intelligence tools, enabling staff to expand their knowledge base about their work in specific, and business in general.
Inconvénients
When I started in eTeacher a few years ago the training process wasn't very smooth, so it took a while to get settled in. However it seems things are different now and the training process is quite professional.
