Avantages

eVenture does a great job of keeping in touch with the needs of their clients and their employees. Employees are afforded the ability to do their jobs without being micromanaged while at a client site. It's a good blend of trust and professionalism on both the employee and eVenture management. The benefits are on par with much larger companies with a full package of benefits that you'd find at a Fortune 100 company.

Inconvénients

The nature of eVenture's business is consulting services so contracts begin and end which can provide some level of anxiousness towards the end of a contract for eVenture employees, however management does a really good job of working to extend contracts and/or place eVenture employees on other contracts. This is where the Small company touch is really noticeable.

Avantages

Before first CEO retired it was a great company to work for.. Benefits were good. There was cost of living raises. First supervisor was easy to work with and was attentive to the needs and concerns of the employee.

Inconvénients

There was no bonuses. When moved to a new contract second supervisor was a disaster quite arrogant and lacked management skillset. Often talked down to subordinates and kept most people on edge. Little or no continuing education to better perform my work duties. There was a clear line on who received continuing education. When moved to the second contract I didn't received the proper compensation as others in the department I was paid 20k less than the government paid for the services. The company management is very top heavy. Most management were ex Navy and worked together before subbing to CACI. Was audited and found to have some questionable practices.
