Avantages
All the Pros of CACI w/ out any of the cons of a big company, big company benefits small company feel (this is a good thing) well established processes and roles.
Inconvénients
As with any Gov contracting jobs go with the contracting vehicles
Before first CEO retired it was a great company to work for..
Benefits were good.
There was cost of living raises.
First supervisor was easy to work with and was attentive to the needs and concerns of the employee.
Inconvénients
There was no bonuses.
When moved to a new contract second supervisor was a disaster quite arrogant and lacked management skillset.
Often talked down to subordinates and kept most people on edge.
Little or no continuing education to better perform my work duties.
There was a clear line on who received continuing education.
When moved to the second contract I didn't received the proper compensation as others in the department I was paid 20k less than the government paid for the services.
The company management is very top heavy. Most management were ex Navy and worked together before subbing to CACI.
Was audited and found to have some questionable practices.
