      Avantages

      Great culture, fantastic leadership, plenty of up to date resources, lots of training classes. Cloud based. Brokers are always accessible and willing to help.

      Inconvénients

      Since this is a cloud based brokerage, if you are a new agent ask for a local mentor that’s willing to let you shadow them in the field at showings, open houses etc.

      You HAVE to find the right team in your area, otherwise you will feel like you are swimming in an ocean on your own with lots of valuable resources but no idea which way to swim.
