      Avantages

      -up to date with today's technology -great support system -non competive feeling, we help and refer each other -work from home but have in person team meetings -great education training -commission plan is lucrative -agents are also owners by buying stock in the company and through the rev share program

      Inconvénients

      -as with all real estate positions, you need to be a self-started and motiviated sales person -remote can be lonely if you don't make a point of connecting with your team and all the online groups

      You HAVE to find the right team in your area, otherwise you will feel like you are swimming in an ocean on your own with lots of valuable resources but no idea which way to swim.
