      Avantages

      The people are good and friendly.

      Inconvénients

      Management is over-occupied with minute details which hinder the process of the business. I tried with a good amount of effort to enjoy myself while working hard, however, it was a very difficult environment to be happy in.

Management continually works to balance the needs of the employees as well as the company to create a pleasant working environment. gSource is ISO certified and follows GDP (good documentation practices) which is key and necessary for ISO forms, SOP’s, Work Instruction, and etc.

      Avantages

      Location, short lunch break. My first review was denied by glass door because I told the full story and it’s that bad.

      Inconvénients

      Horrible management, backstabbing, bullying, secrets, people are set up to fail. The favoritism is off the charts. The place is full of jealous, insecure people.
