      Avantages

      Company uses many different technologies, which provides positions for engineers with many backgrounds. Office location is very nice.

      Inconvénients

      This company has a history of layoffs. The environment is unstable due to illusive profitability and pressure to exit from series A, B, AND C investors. The culture of telecommuting and offshoring makes it difficult to get things done.

      Avantages

      Crazy, exciting and interesting market (the connected home market and Internet of Things). The products and market are amazing. Incredible, experienced senior executive team -- it keeps things calm with this much growth. THE leader in an exciting space with a great team. Technology is cutting edge.

      Inconvénients

      High expectations on the engineering side . . . if you are good, this is a great place. If you aren't it can be tough. Big service provider customers can also be tough sometimes.
