Great office based in a wework with perks such as free coffee, fruit, breakfeast on mondays and unlimited beers on the top floor and events happening Relatively easy-going office which isn't too KPI driven It's a comfortable environment if you don't have huge ambitions or want to be pushed and constantly driven to be a successful recruiter in an ever evolving and more challenging market Fun environment to work in where in the majority of the time where the MD regularly rewards staff and is fun to work with A few prestigious banking clients to work with
Inconvénients
They are underperforming and there is a clear vacuum of leadership and Sales Directors need to step up and ldrive the business to be successful in a market that is becoming more challenging and competitive. They depend mostly on corporate banking clients who manage most of their recruitment in-house and more significantly are unappealing to the top tech talent. Very little new business is done and they have a tarnished name in the industry (except for their HK office). Staff are unmotivated, not one member of the team is achieving their target and morale is low
