      Avantages

      - You will learn a lot - One of the best in terms of variety of brands you will handle - Huge difference in terms of experience compared to other media agencies

      Inconvénients

      - Baptism by fire - Structure and process is not clear - Working with finance is the worst - No formal training and specially no handholding - Rare to have any increase - Unclear what people in senior roles are doing - Career progression is somewhat bleak - Management somewhat employs toxic positivity and scares people to not resign because of the pandemic. Even bad mouths other agencies (most are lies when fact checked).

      Very kind, very smart people who really know their business well

      Inconvénients

      They don't care about good work anymore. They just look at costs in a spreadsheet and make decisions on who to keep. It doesn't matter if we're doing what we agreed to, it matters if the numbers make sense. Why sign up for work if it doesn't make sense? When people leave they are not backfilled so you end up having to do their work and your work. I took a lateral move to a competitor offering a 20% raise
