      Avantages

      the worst company to work for... the colleagues are good but the managers are the worst.. They tell you that they will hire you on a permanent basis after internship but in truth they will just extend it because they are cheap and want you to work for cheap..Fake promises and no transparency whatsoever.. zero care for employees! do not join this company.. I did 6 months of internship and even then the manager 'karamjeet' had the audacity to ask whether I'd like to extend my internship.. HR doesn't care either .. you're better off without this company...

      Very kind, very smart people who really know their business well

      Inconvénients

      They don't care about good work anymore. They just look at costs in a spreadsheet and make decisions on who to keep. It doesn't matter if we're doing what we agreed to, it matters if the numbers make sense. Why sign up for work if it doesn't make sense? When people leave they are not backfilled so you end up having to do their work and your work. I took a lateral move to a competitor offering a 20% raise
