      Avantages

      Well its been a disappointing experience working with iProspect Communicate 2 India, Mumbai. No Positives.

      Inconvénients

      The company is not good with new joinees. They expect you to know the processes of the company since day one without giving any comfort or information. The atmosphere and people are so negative which makes it one of the worst companies to work for. Talking about their SEO techniques and strategies is nothing but an eye wash.

      Very kind, very smart people who really know their business well

      Inconvénients

      They don't care about good work anymore. They just look at costs in a spreadsheet and make decisions on who to keep. It doesn't matter if we're doing what we agreed to, it matters if the numbers make sense. Why sign up for work if it doesn't make sense? When people leave they are not backfilled so you end up having to do their work and your work. I took a lateral move to a competitor offering a 20% raise
