      Avantages

      Good benefits, unlimited PTO, and company culture. The town halls and in-person events can be a lot of fun and are completely optional.

      Inconvénients

      Can sometimes work longer hours during busy periods, teams can be stretched thin, and there can be a lot of meetings depending on your accounts.

      Very kind, very smart people who really know their business well

      Inconvénients

      They don't care about good work anymore. They just look at costs in a spreadsheet and make decisions on who to keep. It doesn't matter if we're doing what we agreed to, it matters if the numbers make sense. Why sign up for work if it doesn't make sense? When people leave they are not backfilled so you end up having to do their work and your work. I took a lateral move to a competitor offering a 20% raise
