      Great culture, internal promotions/recognition, transparency from top down.

      Inconvénients

      Smaller marketing budgets if compared to the largest agencies, but I'd argue it's a pro because the client is more open to your perspective

      Very kind, very smart people who really know their business well

      Inconvénients

      They don't care about good work anymore. They just look at costs in a spreadsheet and make decisions on who to keep. It doesn't matter if we're doing what we agreed to, it matters if the numbers make sense. Why sign up for work if it doesn't make sense? When people leave they are not backfilled so you end up having to do their work and your work. I took a lateral move to a competitor offering a 20% raise
