      Gained significant hands-on experience working. Opportunities to take ownership and work independently helped build problem-solving and leadership skills.

      Inconvénients

      Work culture could be challenging at times, with limited structure, unclear processes, and inconsistent communication across teams. Expectations were often not well-defined, which led to avoidable stress and inefficiencies.
