Lack of resources - unwilling to hire due to lack of understanding of certain roles. - unable to hire because they offer below industry standards salaries. Unreasonable deadlines - even working overtime you may not be able to reach deadlines & at present you don't get paid overtime. Missing deadlines can make you a target for performance management. Unless you lodge an official complaint about mistreatment iiNet is more than happy to turn a blind eye.
