Avantages
1. After working in keystride you will know which company to avoid in future. If you learn from your mistakes. 😁 2. You will have already experienced the worst. 3. Best company to start with if you are a fresher and want to be fully exploited.
Inconvénients
1. Missing teamwork. 2. Not much learning, you will only be required to use a cms in php like wordpress & shopify, and just bulid on the preexistant platform moreover just tweeking the theme and delevering it as a product to client. 3. Basic code management tools like git is not used, company prefer to use old way of code management i.e all code safe in developers system.👌 4. Missing project management. 5. Missing an actual office 😂. Currently operating from cowrks. 6. Management not trustworthy. Well you can't expect much from any management, But this one worst of all. This list can go on and on but i guess this is enough to get an idea.
