      Avantages

      Had the best interview experience when I came in, It was like joining a long known friend's company. The CEO and COO are really friendly, very passionate about what they do and are always ready to help out with anything. Flexible office timings are a great plus, No feeling of pressure to come in at 8 am in the morning everyday all day ! Personally, I Think this is an all around great point that I am at, in my budding Design career. P.S. The COO even plays pool with you !

      Inconvénients

      Not many, except the lack of team outings. (which are always supplemented by unofficial team outings... so, not such a loss)
