It’s common to hear conflicting versions of the truth from different people, which creates confusion and undermines trust. Staff are treated as disposable, with even long-standing employees let go regardless of loyalty or years of experience. This isn’t an innovative company; it’s sales-driven and focused on short-term results at the cost of engineering. That’s frustrating, because with their market share, they have the potential to build something genuinely novel. They promote a company-wide festival, but it’s the only social event of the year and feels more like a marketing exercise for LinkedIn than a genuine effort to appreciate employees.
