They don't have all hands, no townhalls where employees can speak. It's like their feifdom, they never hold company wide meetings, no updates on funding, projects, attrition, etc to ordinary people, only the lords, archbishops, Duke's, earls chosen by them and their friends get to see them and hear to them Lot of favoritism, no merit Projects are done secretively. No one comes to know what is happening in other teams. Org works in silos Overall inefficient.
