Avantages
Mostly remote if you are in the US
Fun industry
A couple really good employees
Inconvénients
It's hard to work for a company where the management is so absolutely awful. Managers do not get training and cannot handle their teams or work with other teams. They do not take their employees issues under consideration or include them in decisions that directly affect their teams.
Employees (and managers) are disrespectful, rude, flat out mean to others and it's allowed. The rules that apply to different locations of the business are forced on the locations where it does not make sense for that area. IE- things that work in Europe do not always work in the US.
The lack of communication from higher ups, lack of training, inclusion in meetings and any sort of team building are severely lacking.
Pay is ok but there are few benefits. No 401k, minimal pay raises, no growth opportunities for most employees, and the promises of travel for work don't actually happen.
They let good people go and promote people with no actual skills or leadership abilities.
It's toxic and hard to care with a culture that doesn't care about you. The amount of work and hours expected are way more than the pay is worth. Bonuses are not paid out on time, and dependent on factors you have no control over. So many people quit soon after starting, and employees are not set up for success.
