1.Beware with the fake reviews on the glassdoor.They forcefully push the new comers and old employees to submit five star rating on Glassdoor/Facebook/Other portals.Most of the five star reviews here are fake. 2.Project Management is worst than ever. They manage the same thing on different places on portals,on paper, on your desk, on floor sheet.the whole thing wastes lot of time of their resources and sometimes its irritating to update same thing in too many places. 3. Too much internal politics gimics in the company.they always forward their favourites only either for any apreciation or any bonus or any out of turn apraisal. 4. Too much hire and fire policy here. They fire you in the no time without telling you the exact reason.After some level they tried to find a reason to fire senior resources. 5. If your salary is little bit of higher side in their terms then they halt your appraisals.on the time of appraisals they give silly reason for low hike. 6. Very poor leave policy. they provide just 5 days leave in a year. 7.No personal life here in the company.they ask you to come on weekends oftenly.
