      Easy entry for freshers -learning with earning -work pressure help to gain speed

      fully dependable on freelancing website such as upwork. politics result in low increment and late shifts - trend to stay late to show work - average off timing is 8-10 - team leader has poor knowledge of work - heavy work load result in reusage of old code which result in lack of knowledge in new technologies

      Supportive colleagues and friendly work environment. Good opportunities to learn new skills and gain practical experience. Management is approachable and teamwork is encouraged across departments.

      Workload can sometimes be overwhelming during peak periods. Limited opportunities for quick promotions. Communication between departments could be improved.

      answers you right away before I purchased the attendee list.

      Inconvénients

      Once you pay via ACH, Mark Williams disappears and ghost you when I tell him that the list was bad and old from the Disaster Expo 2024 attendee list. Do not do business with this company.
