      Open environment and work ethic. Encourages growth and development. Competitive pay and conditions. Strong EDI. Stable business with a strong orderbook Senior Managers & Exec's are visible and approachable.

      Inconvénients

      Training is very good, however sometimes it can feel onerous with a numerous internal courses.

      Avantages

      Coming into my eighth year at telent, I have thoroughly enjoyed working here and couldn’t praise the company enough, they have supported me from serious family issues and my career has continually progressed, they have helped me develop myself and I am still being encouraged and trained to continue to improve which I feel I am doing, I feel a true loyalty to the company and the team I work within

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes feel like there is a lack of support from various functions as the business is still growing

      HR absolutely disgusting. Totally unprofessional. Pay needs to be better. Promised progression needs to be followed through.
