      Solid career with so much to learn Team is highly talented and has the potential to compete with big guys Good pay master Salary appraisals on time and relatively on higher side Employee benefits & welfare Super work environment and ambiance. One of the few best looking offices in India.

      Inconvénients

      Work-life balance has to be improved. Nevertheless, the management is currently trying to fix that. No cab/transport facility

      Avantages

      Have been working in this company for 4+ years. Not only were the opportunities provided but also got to learn a lot that helped in steep growth of my career. Also have worked in both India and US locations and had great experience at both places.

      Inconvénients

      Can make work culture even more flexible.

      Avantages

      It's a fast growing organization. They work on both internal products and client projects. Have some very big clients mainly in North America. Specialized for mobile and cloud app development. They give lot of importance for DESIGN in their applications. I worked there for about 2 years and learned a lot of things in mobile app design. They are very particular about the quality of apps and their user interface and user experience. If you are in UI/UX then you can learn lot here.

      Inconvénients

      Work life balance has to change. When I joined there was no joining bonus, but you can get relocation bonus. Only few benefits for employees.
