I would listen actively to understand their concerns, remain calm and empathetic, and apologize if appropriate. I'd ask clarifying questions to ensure I understand the issue and provide a clear explanation of the solution. If necessary, I'd escalate the issue to a supervisor or seek additional support. My goal is to resolve the issue efficiently and professionally, while maintaining a positive relationship with the customer
