They need some work in their recruiting department. Had phone interview. Said they were passing along for second interview. Never heard a response. Sent Thank you right after phone interview. No response. Sent 3 follow-up emails to their recruiter, never even bothered to respond. I think that set the tone for how they run their company and would never consider working there now. Completely unprofessional!
