A remote (based in another country) internal recruitment team hounded me by email to arrange a teams interview. The teams interview was direct with 2 of the team members. It went on for nearly an hour and I felt it had gone well. I never received any feedback to let me know I had been unsuccessful and my follow up emails were ignored. I called the internal recruitment team twice and they said they would let me know, but I still haven't had any feedback 4 months on, which I think is shocking.
Throughout the process, Atkins emphasizes the importance of candidates demonstrating their technical capabilities, personal qualities, and alignment with the company's values. The entire process from application to offer typically takes several weeks to complete.

Entretien
Made an application, got a call from hiring team about 2 weeks later. There was 2 rounds which I personally felt the interviewer were pleased. However, the hiring team never provided responded to any feedback requests. Would have appreciated a honest feedback. Such waste of time and effort.
