I'll take it that this question implies "do you understand that the MT program's position is behavioral based?" Answer: From what I have learned from Buckle thus far, my advancement to management matches any other Buckle advancement. I will have high expectations, be amongst a pool of the best Buckle teammates, and need to stick out. I can't wait to prove my "behaviors" worthy!!
