      I did a competent elevator pitch but was told i should have built rapport. Anybody who has done one knows that it is not that sort of thing. I pointed this out and the clueless staff members had no response.

      I had the same problem with these guys.... very unorganised and unprofessional. If you are looking for recruitment consultants, then please don't use this company. They come across very unprofessional and lost at times.
