I answered this question the way I always did. I can do both. I said I don't like my held or micromanagement. This apparently meant I didn't like Teamwork. I felt very disrespected when they reached back out to me to tell me they were interested to proceed to tell me that the first interview was so bad that they didn't want me. This company is a red flag waiting to ignite.
