First round was technical java, design pattern, spring, hibernate...Second round was face to face...Third round was normal tech discussion from resume...

It was worst and strange interview experience. They just waste your time. After all the discussion I got response position went on hold...after lots of asking they told front end knowledge was below average..If this was the case what was the purpose of last round..which was not even a proper tech discussion...And after all this they keep calling for the same opening..I can imagine the future in this company...
