It doesn't matter to me if it's in person, email, or Teams/Zoom, whatever is most convenient for both parties, it's good to be flexible, some things might not need a meeting, just a simple email, more complex things might be better in a zoom meeting to better explain all the nuances or walking someone directly through something.
