I will say the last thing first; if you are applying to this specific position, think twice. Especially if you will be moving abroad after the interview process. Because the impression I got after interviewing the second pahase is so negative in terms of attitude of the responsible person (I will not say name but if you meet him you will understand who I am talking about) and the friendliness of the environment that you will be working eventually. I was disqualified fairly, I mean in technical terms nothing was wrong, but after the process I was thankful of the result because I cannot imagine how unhappy I would be by working in the team of that unfriendly and impolite d bag (you know what i mean, if you don't just google d bag). But I have to say my comments concern only that particular person, not the company as a whole and other teams in that company. I will mention about how the answers should be in the next part, for those who still want to work in this position after these comments.
