Assessment centre with team based activities and getting to know the company. You had to show that you could be persuasive and confident with new information.
Followed up with one on one interviews.
All in all lasted most of a day.

Just had to submit my CV and some other personal details. HR called me back within a few days to ask a few informal questions and arrange a date for interview. I had the interview in under 2 weeks over Teams. The interview consisted of a 10 minute presentation with follow up questions and then competency based questions. Overall was a very positive and efficient process.

Initial phone screen with easy questions. Extremely long delay in hiring process in between interviews. emailed to return for an interview day. 8 hour long interview, with presentation, activities for management to observe you, interactive sessions, and panel interview. Was fun and gave me the impression that the company cared.
