Interview was a group assessment day. It made it less stressful to go in and interview for a job because the process lasted a couple hours, so i was able to get acquainted with some of the employees and interviewers before being asked interview questions.

After the initial application, I had a short phone conversation with the company's recruiter for this role. We went over the role in more detail and the specifics of the company. I was then contacted by email to offer an interview, which was held at the company's offices with two managers in the department the role was in.
