Anyone who has military background they bow down to. They can have no experience what so ever and get hired in as a Reginal Manager!! 4M will not have your back when you are in the right. And that's there motto!!!! I know from experience!

Explained about a time in the Army where I had to make split second decisions that would potentially effect other peoples lives. On one instance it could have got some one Killed so I took the task myself and completed it instead of sending a less experienced person that might not have made it
