I have worked at NYFIX, NYSET and ULLINK He was a product manager for a NYFIX FIX trading product set and moved into operations into management. What I can say is that he is comfortable working in Chaos and it has help rebuild airplanes (companies) while at 50,000 feet – successfully I was the key person that executed on the plans to build the 24X7X365 customer service, technical services, QA out of Manila. I want to point out that plans are great but it was his ability to adjust in the “theater of war” as I like to call it that made us successful. One other major factor that I found, is that since I have chosen the single life he makes my career (assignment) “his child” and will work around the clock to make sure it is successful. My responsibilities include managing the onboarding process for new employees, from asset allocation to access on relevant platforms, and coordinating with different teams to ensure a smooth and seamless process. As a project coordinator, I have also excelled in communication skills, adhering to SLAs for timely onboarding of employees, and working on continuous improvement plans to enhance the overall process. Prior to my current role, I worked as an HR Executive with Pinging Media from 2018-2021, where I was responsible for completing the onboarding process for new employees. I worked closely with recruiting managers and provided beneficial advice and support to new employees, answering questions and resolving any issues that arose. My achievements include providing the best database within the timeline and being the best performer of the year in the Project Coordinators Team. In addition to my professional experience, I possess a range of technical skills, including advanced Excel skills, desktop troubleshooting, and installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of MS Office Outlook, Excel, and Word. I am also trained in HR and marketing and have completed an HR training program from Bajal Alliance and an Advanced Excel course. Beyond my professional and technical skills, I am also highly accomplished academically, having completed my MBA in HR and Marketing from Kanpur Institution of Technology, as well as a Bachelors in Computer Application (B.C.A). I was a Head Girl at Vikas Intermediate College in Banaras and the President of JDIMT in 2013, as well as a certified martial artist. In my personal life, I am passionate about dancing, traveling, cooking, and vlogging. I believe that these hobbies, combined with my strengths in hard work, leadership, and decision-making, help me bring a unique perspective and positive energy to any team.
