WT is a small friendly organization, in my opinion, falling more on the family style than the professional style. Though they move work forward, they too small to feel big brother. I simply talked about how your experience and life relates to why and how you want to contribute to their education mission. Then they will get a sense of your capability and whether you mesh. Their mission is largely social and relationship based, so interpersonal skills is what they are look for.
