They just want you to be spotless. No blimish on your history period. I have spotless drivers record. In my 20s had a simple offense something like graffiti and they held that against me. They wanted me to explain the situation or send documents showing how you've turn your life around.

All these people that don't want to work and you hold people back over a minor thing from decades ago. It's ridiculous really!
